At AW Sports Coaching, all football kits are made and personalised specifically for each customer. Due to the customised nature of our kits, certain returns and exchanges are not available. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Customised Products
All football kits purchased through AW Sports Coaching are personalised and/or customised to the customer's requirements.
Because each kit is made specifically for the individual customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the customer has selected the incorrect size, changed their mind, or no longer requires the item.
We therefore strongly recommend checking the sizing information carefully before placing your order.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
A kit cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- The incorrect size was selected by the customer.
- The customer has changed their mind.
- The item is no longer required.
- The kit has been worn, washed, altered, personalised or otherwise used.
- The customer has ordered an incorrect personalisation.
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your kit arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the item you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to have been damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
4. How to Request a Return
If you believe your order is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Please include:
- Your name
- Order details
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item, where applicable
We will review your request and provide further instructions where necessary.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
Due to the customised nature of our football kits, refunds are not available where the kit has been correctly supplied in accordance with the customer's order.
This includes situations where the customer has selected the wrong size or has simply changed their mind.
Where a kit is confirmed to be faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied by AW Sports Coaching, we will consider the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not match the order placed, you may have legal rights in relation to that item.
