
At AW Coaching, I provide intense, high quality one-to-one football coaching sessions for individuals who are looking to develop their technical, tactical, psychological, and physical aspects of their playing ability.

A 60 minute one-to-one session includes:
1) First, a key warmup will be completed to reduce the risk of injuries during the session. The warmup will include ball mastery skills and physical activities. (10 minutes)
2) Secondly, once the warmup has been completed, we will begin the technical focus which will be manufactured around what the client wishes for. This will include work on technical aspects like passing, shooting, dribbling etc. (20 minutes)
3) After the technical focus has been completed, we will move onto position specific drills. Position specific drills will be manufactured to suit the clients playing position to ensure that the session is realistic to meet a clients needs. (20 minutes)
4) Lastly, the coach will set a challenge for the client to complete before the end of the session. Competitiveness is key. (10 minutes)

One-to-one sessions are manufactured around the aspects of your game that you would like to work on. The sessions range between 45 - 60 minutes.
All sessions are held at Wetherby Sports Association,
The Ings (all-weather pitch).
